Business Analyst, Platforms

Identifying and communicating product roadmaps, objectives, requirements, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to cross-functional teams in order to complete projects on time and on budget.

  • Analyze, monitor, and communicate technical processes, workflows, and new features for enterprise digital properties.
  • Aligned teams best practices with Credit Card and Personal Loan business units resulting in over 90% reduction in errors by leading conversations with business and executive stakeholders, identifying areas of improvement, setting expectations, and managing project resources.
  • Created platform risk profiles and mitigation strategies for new service implementations through research, communication with providers and vendors, and the careful analysis of project proposals, contracts, and SOW’s.
  • Resolve conflicts and communication challenges between technical and non-technical teams.
  • Gather, write, and present technical and functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and other details for ongoing projects through research and analysis, interdepartmental communication, and listening to stakeholders.
  • Find and analyze technical bugs or defects by reviewing the code base, system logs, and other available tools, resulting in mitigation tactics (custom python scripts for specific needs, code fixes, alternate solutions, and so on) while longer-term improvements are being implemented.

  • Implemented over 1,100 pages for PenFed.org and related microservices during Adobe Experience Manager replatforming project by leading and motivating the AEM authoring team.
  • Created and executed SEO, content, and optimization strategies that led to 10% or higher conversion rates through effective project management and following Agile principles.
  • Constructed 3 product roadmaps, a governance framework and critical training guides for PenFed’s primary digital properties by gathering input from stakeholders and integrating corporate strategic objectives.
  • Trained multiple teams including Marketing/SEO, Mobile App, PR, QA, UI development and executive teams by creating focused training material and leading the training sessions.
  • Identified and disseminated platform requirements - including information architecture, site architecture, authoring environment, micro-service integrations, and more.

  • Migrated and redesigned local business site using NGINX/PHP configuration for Wordpress.
  • Created various mobile-first landing pages and websites using Bootstrap and Django frameworks.

Social Media and Content Strategist

Improved e-commerce business and increased B2B and B2C sales using digital and traditional marketing, including in-store displays, traditional advertising, digital campaigns, and website improvements.

  • Created and improved KPI’s for digital marketing by building, analyzing and translating web metrics into usable design improvements.
